1Acceptance of Terms

2.3 One Account Per Person

3Account Security and Responsibilities

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your jiliuu account username and password. You agree to:

Upon termination, all rights granted to you under these Terms will immediately cease. You remain liable for all obligations accrued prior to termination. jiliuu may retain funds in suspended or terminated accounts pending completion of investigations, dispute resolutions, or compliance with legal obligations.

4Financial Transactions

4.1 Deposits

You may fund your jiliuu account through payment methods designated on our website, which may include GCash, Maya (formerly PayMaya), bank transfers, over-the-counter deposits, and other payment services popular in the Philippines. All deposits are subject to:

4.2 Withdrawals

8Limitation of Liability

In no event shall jiliuu's total liability to you for all damages, losses, and causes of action exceed the amount you have deposited into your account in the six (6) months preceding the event giving rise to liability.

9Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of jiliuu services shall be resolved through the following process:

1. Informal Negotiation: You agree to contact jiliuu customer support first to attempt to resolve any dispute informally within thirty (30) days.
2. Mediation: If informal negotiation fails, both parties agree to participate in mediation before pursuing formal legal action.
3. Arbitration: Any unresolved disputes shall be submitted to binding arbitration in accordance with Philippine arbitration rules.
4. Legal Action: If arbitration is unavailable or unsuccessful, disputes shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts located in Metro Manila, Philippines.

You waive any right to participate in class action lawsuits or class-wide arbitration against jiliuu.

10Amendments to Terms

jiliuu reserves the right to modify, amend, or update these Terms at any time without prior notice. Changes will become effective immediately upon posting to our website. Your continued use of jiliuu services following any modification constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
